Close to home
Because we live here, site visits, tastings and venue walkthroughs are easy to schedule, and events in the Sacramento area don't carry a travel line in your proposal. We can tour several venues in a day and bring you a short list instead of a long one.
Heat and season
Sacramento summers regularly reach triple digits, so we plan shade, cooling and the timing of the ceremony around the afternoon heat. Spring and fall are the most popular wedding seasons, and the best venues tend to book well ahead.
Into the foothills
Many Gold Country ranches and wineries sit on rural roads. We check road access, parking and guest shuttles early, and plan for how quickly the temperature drops after sunset.
